Consumer Product Safety Act of 2008
New regulations regarding Lead and Phthalate content and Third Party testing requirements are being implemented by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Please contact the laboratory for further information on deadlines, required testing and costs.

Our Memphis lab operates out of our new state-of-the art facilities in east Memphis. This move from our old 11,000 sq. ft. laboratory, which we had resided in since 1979, to our new laboratory of 18,750 sq. ft. accommodates our growth in agriculture, microbiology, and environmental testing. The new expanded facilities are better suited for each of the markets for which we perform testing and expands each testing area by 60%. All of our laboratory departments have seen tremendous growth since 1979 and this move allows us to better serve our clients in all markets.
